Coverage claims are cheap. What matters to a trade account is what happens in a market where the supplier has no fleet of its own, because that is where a booking either holds together or quietly becomes somebody else's problem.
Work outside our direct operation is placed with a vetted local supplier against the same documented service standard, and the booking stays on the desk. You raise a query with us, not with an operator you have never dealt with in a time zone you are not awake in.
How suppliers are selected
Local suppliers are onboarded on licensing, commercial insurance, fleet detail and chauffeur screening before receiving work. Performance is tracked per supplier per market. Where a market cannot be covered to that standard, we will say so rather than place the work and hope, because an honest gap is far less damaging to a trade relationship than a failed arrival.
