Group work is where a trade supplier is genuinely tested. The margin for error narrows with every additional vehicle, and the client sees a single failure rather than a mostly successful operation.
Group programmes run from a manifest built with you: vehicles against named passengers, staged timings worked backwards from the required arrival, and one point of control so live changes do not reach the vehicles from several directions at once. Where volume warrants it, an on-site coordinator runs the ground so your own staff are not dispatching cars.
Planning window
Group movements need the passenger data earlier than most agents expect, because vehicle and supplier commitments in a given market are finite. Provisional numbers are more useful early than exact numbers late, and the manifest can be refined as the programme firms up.
